We dispatch all orders from the UK.
All the products are posted by First Class, Second Class, Recorded Delivery, Special Delivery or Airmail (depending on your delivery selection). If you are sending more than one card the postage costs are calculated based on item weight.
Postage and Packaging fees include the cost of all envelopes supplied. If you wish to check the exact postage and packaging cost on a particular order, the best way to do this is place the order in the shopping basket with the correct quantity and address and we will calculate the cost. However, here is a breakdown:

Delivery Cost Breakdown
When we send cards direct to your friends:
- UK delivery Second class = 50p (the cost of a stamp)
- UK delivery First class = 60p (the cost of a stamp)
- UK delivery Second class large letter = 69p (the cost of a stamp)
- UK delivery First class large letter = 90p (the cost of a stamp)
- Recorded Delivery = £2.19
- Recorded Delivery large letter = £2.49
- Special Delivery = £6.49
- Postage to Europe = £2.99
- Postage to the rest of the world = £4.09
When we send cards blank to you:
- 1 card = 79p
- 2 cards = 89p
- 3 cards = £1.09
- 4 cards = £1.19
- 5-9 cards = £2.39
- 10-19 cards = £3.59
- Every additional 10 cards = +£1

| If any orders include a 'large letter' card, there will be an additional 30p charge. |

| If your order includes a box set the delivery charge will appear on the preview page and is based on weight. Box sets are delivered as 'packets'. |

If you order cards to be sent to you they will be dispatched in an outer envelope with a blank envelope inside for the card.
Please note: If you are a registered user from outside the United Kingdom and wish to have deliveries sent to your address, additional delivery charges will apply.

The Royal Mail advise that 90% of first class post in the UK will arrive the following day, unfortunately the other 10% can take up to 3 days. |

For cards ordered before 3pm and dispatched Monday – Friday you can send your cards to any UK address with a complete postcode via Royal Mail's Recorded Signed For or Special Delivery Next Day at an increased cost.
With a Recorded Signed For, the Royal Mail aim to deliver First Class letters the next working day after collection. We also receive a certificate of posting.
With a Special Delivery Next Day, the Royal Mail guarantee for delivery before 1pm the following working day. Royal Mail do not guarantee special deliveries to arrive on a Saturday.
Both services require a signature upon delivery, therefore if there is not likely to be anyone to sign for the delivery please use the normal first class service or have it delivered to an alternate address such as a work address. If deliveries cannot be signed for they are taken back to the depot and need to be picked up in person from the Post Office or redelivered at a later date.
Please note,
- The sent date is the day we POST the card (as per the table above) and NOT the day it will arrive.
- Your order is likely to arrive much faster if you use a postcode.
