  • Used as the 'from' name in the email your friends/relatives receive when you send them an email from your ‘Events’ page.
  • Used as the 'from' name in the email your friends/relatives receive when you send them an email from the 'Invite a Friend' facility.
  • Used in the Charity Greeting.
  • Used on the virtual mantelpiece.
  • Used in your personalised Charity Greeting Keepsake.
  • Used when addressing you in the CharityGreetings.com general newsletters (unless you state otherwise), reminders and notifications, and on the website.
  • Used to pre-populate the RBS WorldPay payment process.
Your Email
  • Used to email you the CharityGreetings.com general newsletters (unless you state otherwise), reminders and notifications.
  • Used if CharityGreetings.com need to contact you or reply to you with any necessary correspondence (e.g. to answer any questions or to email your password, etc).
  • Used to send you all necessary Charity Greeting and RBS WorldPay receipts.

  • Used to keep a record for you on the charities that have been donated to by you sending and receiving Charity Greetings.
Newsletters
  • All registered users and Charity Greeting senders will from time to time receive a newsletter from CharityGreetings.com. All newsletters have the option to unsubscribe. You may also change your contact preferences at any time by visiting your ‘Profile’ or emailing us with the subject ‘Remove’ and your name and email address to the email address below.
If you have opted in to receive further information from a charity you have supported, CharityGreetings.com is not responsible for any use or processing of your personal information by such charity. Please contact them directly should you wish to stop receiving further communication.

There may be occasions where CharityGreetings.com is forced by law to provide personally identifiable information to the appropriate authorities.
